Maranda Country Estate is a five bedroom, four bathroom Australian Colonial property with spectacular views of the Brokenback Range, and offers private comfortable accommodation for 10 to 16 guests, and welcomes pets. Maranda Country House is set on three private acres and boasts a refreshing pool and a private screened four-person outdoor hot tub also with beautiful countryside views.

The accommodation comprises of five bedrooms; two queen and three king bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are in the main house with two bathrooms, and the other bedrooms are made up of two self-contained studios adjacent to the main house.

The Garden Studio One has a king bed and double sofa bed (sleeps 3-4), a full bathroom, TV, tea and coffee making facilities plus reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Garden Studio Two has a king bed (or two king singles) and a queen size hotel quality sofa bed, separate toilet, reverse cycle air conditioning, a small kitchenette plus large LED TV.

Maranda Country Estate has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining room, two separate outside entertainment areas (one with BBQ), all with views over the hills and ranges. Designed for group enjoyment, the property has a huge 50inch TV in the main lounge room and a further three TVs in the bedrooms, Chromecast TV, free NBN WiFi, DVD player, book library, sporting equipment such as cricket, Pétanque, Finska and badminton and board games. With reverse cycle air-conditioning, separate heating in all bedrooms, ceiling fans and a wood burning fire – it is the perfect retreat all year around. You can kick back with your favourite wine and enjoy the ambience.

Maranda Country Estate is located minutes from wedding venues,cellar doors and restaurants; including Adams Peake,Krinklewood, Winmark, Margan, Talits, Kawal Rock Distillery and plenty more. For a more laid back approach, Magoony’s Coffee House serves delicious coffee, home made cheesecakes and snacks. Mount Broke Winery offers wood-fired pizzas on Fridays. Visit River Flats for olives, and the Broke General Store is just minutes away for all those last minute food and drink supplies.

Please note that this property IS pet friendly; we permit a maximum of 2 dogs at the property at any one time. A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.

Midweek – 2 night minimum, up to 8 guests from $800 per night (Mon-Thu)
One Night midweek $1040 based on 8 guests
Additional adults $100 per person per night
Additional children 2-13 years $60 per person per night
Infants under 2 years free of charge.
A $30 per pet fee is applicable for all bookings that include pets.
