If applicable, you agree to pay any agreed-upon listing fees. These terms will be documented separately in your listing agreement.
Broke Away reserves the right to refuse, modify, or remove any listing at our discretion, especially if:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Broke Away and its representatives from any loss, damage, or legal claim arising from your listing, including disputes with guests or third parties.
You grant Broke Away a non-exclusive license to display your images and listing content for marketing and referral purposes. You retain full ownership of your materials.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your listing at any time, with or without cause.
Broke Away Country Escapes is a referral platform only. All bookings, payments, and services are managed directly by property owners and service providers.
