The Foxman Cottage is the latest addition to Broke accommodation, offering a relaxed and welcoming stay in the heart of the village.
From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel welcome. Drop your bags, take a breath, and make yourself at home.
The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests across two queen bedrooms, with a cosy lounge, dining space, library nook and a fully self-contained layout with one bathroom.
Surrounded by beautiful country gardens, the property also features a large deck overlooking the yard, along with access to The Den, a separate recreational space with a pool table, TV and dart board, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day.
Owned by Karyn Fox and her partner Matthew Leman, the name ‘The Foxman’ comes from a blend of their two names, a small reflection of the personal story behind the space.
Your stay
The cottage is designed for easy, enjoyable stays. Spend the day exploring the Hunter Valley, visiting local wineries and cafes, or celebrating at nearby venues, then come home to quiet gardens, a game of billiards, or a fire pit on cooler evenings.
We’ve set the cottage up the way we’d want to arrive ourselves… comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after.
You’re welcome to settle in, take it easy, and enjoy the place as if it were your own.
For those visiting for weddings or events, we’re closely connected with Adams Peak Country Estate and can help point you in the right direction for local transport and experiences during your stay.

Beautiful new home! Great location if you’re attending a wedding nearby and the house had everything we needed. The games room was a nice touch and Karyn was very proactive in reaching out.

We stayed for 3 nights and would have loved more. The house and gardens have so much character and the furnishings and amenities are really well thought out. The inside/outside games room with pool table and darts board was fun and a great way to enjoy the yard. Our dog loved the space and could roam off leash.
Neighbours were quiet, but it was fantastic to hear so many local ntiive birds in the surrounding trees.
Many great wineries are in walking distance, and others were within 15 minutes drive. It was a short 20 minute drive to Singleton for a good pub meal.
Foxman Cottage is a great addition to Broke accomodation and the owners were lovely to deal with, and very helpful. Hopefully we can return again soon.Janelle – April 2026 (Review via Airbnb)
